We would like to extend our gratitude towards you and the Employee Recycling Program for sponsoring the Pullman Special Olympics. The grant of $2,300 has greatly helped our program get off the ground and become a solid program in our community. It is people like yourselves that give people with developmental and/or physical disabilities and equal opportunity in life. The athletes are very happy with their uniforms and it has definitely increased their morale. The coaches would like to also thank you for including them in the grant. I am glad to know that you and your organization acknowledge the tremendous effort and time volunteers put towards programs such as the Special Olympics.

Your generosity is very much appreciated. You have made it possible for Whitman County Special Olympics to have adequate equipment and uniforms, for both athletes and volunteers. We hope to meet some of you at Fort Lewis. Look for the good-looking bunch in cougar colors! Thanks again.

Sincerely.

The Whitman County Special Olympics would like to thank you for your generous grant to us to buy bowling shirts for our athletes. We received the shirts on October14, and wore them to our bowling tournamnet in Spokane on the following Saturday. Our team not only looked terrific, but bowled very well also. Our athletes took home several medals and had a great time.

Enclosed please find a photograph of Vicki Bradley receiving the grant check from Darrin Nicholson, as well as a few photographs of our team members at the bowling tournamnet.

Once again, thank you for your generosity.

Sincerely,

Vicki L. Bradley
